Jen is our resident yoga and fitness instructor. Her lifelong passion for fitness includes over 6 years experience in training and teaching. Jen's approach focuses on the balance between strength and flexibility. During exclusive online sessions with her you can expect to push your body through an array of exercises designed to make you sweat, stretch and breathe.
PHIL
Dance Instruction
Phil Wright is a world renowned dance teacher and choreographer who prides himself on his ability to motivate and inspire others through dance and public speaking. Best known as the producer of Disney's "The Fam Jam", Phil travels the world to bring his students encouragement and positivity.
Phil has worked with some of today’s top artist including G-Eazy ft Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Will Smith, Chayanne, MC Hammer, Lil Nas X and TLC.
Joe
Mixed Martial Arts Training
Joe is a former U.S. Army Ranger and professional MMA fighter. His elite skill and unparalleled knowledge of self defense techniques are matched only by his prowess in teaching. Sessions with Joe may not make you a champion fighter, but they'll certainly give you a massive boost to your self confidence and a great workout.
